I used to enjoy SpicyChat more than I do now. My biggest complaint lately is the moderation and how inconsistent it feels. Things that seem completely harmless can suddenly cause problems, and getting an actual explanation or human help is difficult. Add the repetitive responses and weak memory on top of that and I don't really feel like the paid experience is worth it right now.

There are a ton of characters to choose from and when the AI is working well the conversations can actually be pretty entertaining. The biggest issue for me is memory. The AI will forget things that happened not that long ago or start falling back into the same type of responses. It makes longer roleplays hard to stay invested in. I still think there’s something good here, but the actual AI needs to be more consistent.
