These Terms govern your use of www.lewdlist.ai (the "Site"), operated by Lewd List. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. The Site contains references to adult and NSFW content.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
• You may keep one review per platform, and you may edit or delete it at any time.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the reviews and other content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on the Site.
• Your content must be your own honest opinion and experience. You must not post content that is false, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that contains other people's personal information.
• Fake or incentivized reviews, spam, and automated submissions are not allowed.

4. Moderation

We may, at our discretion, hide, edit or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or that we consider harmful. Users can report content for review.

5. Reviews are opinions

Reviews and ratings are the opinions of individual users. We do not verify them and do not endorse any platform listed on the Site. Any leaderboard or third-party editorial scores are provided for information only.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and you access them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lewd List will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lewd List harmless from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
